When performing an Exchange 'Mail Level' backup, an error is reported
OS: Windows Server 2003 & up
Backup Set Type: MS Exchange Mail Level
Backup Manager version: 5.X.X.X & up
When performing an Exchange 'Mail Level' backup, the following error message is received in the backup report:
'Mail Level' backup sets are a feature that must be enabled by your support.
Please submit a help desk ticket requesting this feature be enabled. Be sure to include the account login name with your request. Or, you can contact our support department via telephone if this is urgent.
